NO RETURN / EXCHANGE FOR ACCESSORIES

- ELECTRONIC DEVICES CAN BE RETURNED OR UPGRADED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE IF MEETS THE CONDITIONS BELOW: (APPLIED TO CELL PHONE, TABLETS, LAPTOPS, WATCHES, GAMING CONSOLES)

  • MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS PURCHASED ( SAME CONDITION AS SOLD )

  • ALL ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS MUST BE REMOVED. ITEMS TURN ON AND HAVE NO DAMAGES.

  • 20% RESTOCKING FEES APPLIED ($20 MINIMUM EXTRA IF RETURN WITHOUT CHARGER)

WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED FOR: 

  • Damaged: Drop, hard impact, water and other damages caused by customer

  • Modified:  Root & jailbreak, opened, hardware modifications or repaired elsewhere.

  • Others:  We may void the warranty on some special occasion such as not-same as the original condition, can’t determine the issue or has been confirmed fully functional by the technician. Forgetting passwords, screen locks or damages noticed during the diagnosis.

In most cases, warranty will be done within 1 - 2 business days. It may take longer for some special occasions and will be notified.

  • CPO: Like New. May not have original packaging and accessories.

  • A+: Like New. No scratches nor usewears. 

  • A ( Excellent condition ) Very light usewears. Hard to notice

  • A- (Very Good Condition ) Light usewears. No deep scratches nor dents.

  • B+ ( Normal usewears ) May have normal scratches or dents. Screen may contain tiny imperfections. Hard to notice. We will note and notify customer about the imperfection ( if any )

  • B ( Fair Condition ) Device may have hard usewears. Screen may contain imperfections.

  • B- ( Heavy Used ) Device may have heavy usewears. Screen may contain imperfections.

  • C ( Not Fully Functional ) Device may have defects such as small cracks or screen contain imperfections
